Good, easy to use
Really quite bad. Calling customer service (as suggested by the app) is totally useless. They are only interested to get you off the line and visit the branch personally so that the bug is passed to someone else to solve it instead.

Suddenly my app language change to Chinese but there is no way to change it back to English unless you uninstall and reinstall. I am speechless
Should show the name of the merchants that we paid to, otherwise we have to make trip to the bank to enquire, this takes up our time.
Hotline staff cannot speak English clearly and sentences were translated from Mandarin meaning. Staff were also rude by hanging up when they cannot answer your queries.

Dear Sir/Mdm, this was happening to me on recently. I called the 24hours services and went to your branch at Paya Lebar ICBC OFFICE. But I really can not satisfy the way your Bank procedure regarding auto changing from my saving Sing-dollars to CNY DOLLORS DIRECTLY without my agreement! Your staff even explaining to me this was done by the computer setting! And also have the wrong transection cash; to enter my account! I finally bring up these matters for you perusal and consent.
